2020年，市委组织部在《淄博党建》开辟“抗疫有我”“党旗飘扬”等栏目，常态化开展“发现榜样”活动，发动各级推荐榜样人选271个，其中5名被确定为省级抗疫榜样。依托“灯塔大课堂”，组织党员开展好网上学习。开发制作党员教育精品教学内容，向中组部报送视频课件661部，向省委组织部报送视频课件856部、音频课件1.4万余部；举办全市微党课大赛，征集微党课作品524部。
