潘跃栋（1918.12.29—2013.9.8）浙江省云和县人, 1935年11月参加红军,1936年3月加入中国共产党。历任红军独立旅班
长、排长, 新四军苏北分区独立团一营连长、新四军六中队五四团连长,志愿军暂编第五团二营营长,二十六军七十八师二三四
团营长, 海军长山要塞区三团副团长。1958年10月转业到市交通局。1962年7月任市交通局副局长,1983年4月离休,享受副厅级
政治生活待遇,享受副省(部)级医疗待遇。2013年9月8日去世。
