    姜新民（1921.5～2011.3.4）淄博市人大常委会原副主任。淄博市博山区人。1941年6月参加革命，1944年3月加入中国共
产党。 1948年3月， 任淄川县佛村区委书记。1952年12月，任淄川县人民政府县长。1956年6月，任淄博市农林水利局局长。
1957年6月起，历任淄川区委副书记、书记。1975年2月，任周村区委书记、革委会主任。1977年10月，任博山区委书记、革委
会主任。1981年3月，任市人大常委会副主任、党组成员。1983年12月离职休养。2011年3月4日病逝。（市委老干局）
