    淄博市总面积为3471平方公里，辖张店、博山、淄川、临淄、周村五区和桓台县。因30万吨乙烯工程占用农田，
临淄区有部分农村村民由农村户口转为城市户口。为便于安排农转非群众的生产、生活，更好地促进工业建设工程
顺利进行， 临淄区辛店镇、南仇镇和大武乡有10个村民委员会，于1987年1月改为居民委员会。博山区源泉镇大寨
村，因地处深山峪的山顶，经济、文化落后，常年缺水，交通不便。为关心该村群众的生产、生活，博山区人民政
府于1987年10月将该村全部村民分别迁往域城、白塔、蕉庄三镇并入部分农村，撤销了原大寨村。
    至年底，全市共有56个乡，40个镇，11个街道办事处，1886个自然村，1924个村民委员会，222个居民委员会
