    年初，印发全市反腐倡廉工作实施意见，将任务目标细化分解到市委、市政府领导班子
成员和牵头部门、责任部门，市委与各牵头部门签订了责任书。坚持抓党风廉政建设责任制
“一岗双责”。通过新闻媒体对各牵头部门的责任目标进行公示，对落实责任制的措施和工
作进展情况召开会议，及时调度综合情况，组织进行跟踪宣传报道，鼓励先进，鞭策后进。
继续严格责任追究制度，结合“三个体系”进行考核，年内追究党员干部责任82人，推动了
