    2003年全市新建、扩建旅游项目59个，完成投资2.98亿元，其中各级政府导向投资0.79
亿元、 社会投资2.19亿元，完工35个。管仲纪念馆投资800万元，完成主体工程建设。聊斋
城、原山国家森林公园、鲁山国家森林公园继续做好旅游配套建设，旅游环境进一步改善。
聊斋城大型演艺广场、周村大街民俗展馆、三益堂展馆、票号展馆、淄博宾馆康乐中心、淄
博饭店洗浴中心、天乐园皇家大酒店等一批新景点及旅游接待设施建成，增强了全市旅游吸
引力。 年内，全市规划、在建的与旅游相关的投资过亿元的项目8个，投资总额累计达40多
亿元。
