    9月25日至27日， ′97全国部分城市图书馆馆长理论研讨会在淄博召开。来自有关部门和各省市60多家地市级
公共图书馆的领导、专家、学者和图书馆界同仁共80多人参加会议。大会共收到论文60余篇，交流论文15篇，其中
评出一等奖3篇，三等奖7篇，淄博市共有20余篇论文获奖。
