    淄博市位于山东省中部，为鲁中山区与鲁北平原的交接地带。东邻潍坊市，东北与东营市相连，北接滨州地区，
南靠临沂市， 西与济南、泰安两市接壤。地理坐标为：北纬35°55′20″～37°17′14″，东经117°12′15″～
118°31′00″。南北较长，最大纵距为150公里，东西较窄，最大横距为71.5公里。淄博市国土面积为5938平方公
里，是一个山地、丘陵、河谷、平原诸类地形较齐全的地区，总的地势南高北低，南部为地壳上升侵蚀低山区，占
全市总面积的45.4％，中部为升降兼备的丘陵盆地，占14.1％，北部为沉降平原区，占40.5％。
