人口概况

    1996年底， 全市总人口3978933人， 比上年增加39545人， 其中男性2014371人， 女性1964562人，性比例为
102.5；非农业人口1270325人，比上年增加50867人，占全市总人口的31.9％；农业人口为2708608人，比上年减少
11322人，占全市总人口的68.1％；人口迁入50388人，人口迁出39247人，人口净迁入11141人。全年出生50858人，
其中男性为26256人， 女性24602人，出生性别比为106.7，人口出生率为12.85‰。年内，死亡23559人，死亡率为
5.95‰；人口自然增长27299人，人口自然增长率为6.90‰。
