综述
    截至1995年底， 全市共有环卫职工3664人，专用车辆129台，建设垃圾集装箱转运站38座，电动垃圾台34座，
生活垃圾箱1331个， 垃圾无害化处理场4处，水冲公厕276座。全市城区保洁面积达到1000.18万平方米；日产日清
生活垃圾1124吨； 日产粪便749吨，日处理率70％；城区公厕基本实现水冲化。组成225人的城建监察队伍和148人
的环卫专业监察队伍；实现达标路33条，达标生活小区4个。市容达标综合整治取得显著成绩，实现了6条达标路，
市容市貌大为改观。
