综述
    1995年，对全市勘察设计市场进行了全面清理整顿，市场秩序有所好转。各勘察设计单位以全面提高设计质量
和搞好全过程服务为宗旨，坚持立足本省，目光向外，积极参与市场竞争，先后在厦门、郑州、威海等地承揽工程
或设立分院。鲁中教考场等5项工程获省优秀工程勘察设计二等奖，市勘察设计协会被评为全省勘察设计先进单位，
市勘测设计院获山东省首届“十佳勘察设计院”称号，市建筑设计院在青岛被列为“有资格的外地设计单位”八强
之一。全市勘察设计单位的装备水平有了提高，微机配备达到两人一台。
