    年内,市图书馆坚持做好日常读者服务工作,最大限度满足读者和用户借阅及查询
服务的需求
。尤其是1995年实行“双休日”后,读者大量增加,馆内立即调整和延长服务时间。年
内共发展持证读者4400人,馆藏流动图书册次39.1万,接待读者19.4万人次。全年核验
中文借书证6000个,外文证700个。
<br>      9月, 市图书馆承办了“第九届全国15城市图书馆工作交流会议”,为推动
全国单列市馆际间的互相学习和发展起到积极作用。
