保护规定》于
1995年4 月8日公布实施。年内,市政府公布施行了《青岛市城市区域环境噪声标准适
用区划的规定》,市环保局制定了《环境污染破坏事故管理办法》等规范性文件,“二
五”环境保护普法工作通过了市有关部门的验收。
