    1995年山东省下达给青岛市的用地计划是2005公顷,其中耕地1173公顷;实际共使
用土地971公顷, 其中耕地514公顷, 分别占计划的48.4%和43.9%; 全年开发复垦土地
2140公顷,其中耕地1
149公顷,分别超计划60%和72%。建设用地和开发土地相抵,全年净增土地1169公顷,其
中耕地482公顷; 耕地净减幅度控制在3.5‰以内,耕地面积保持在487740公顷,完成了
省下达的目标责任要求。
