994年10月16日动工建设,1994年12月30日提前封顶,1995年7月19日竣工验收交付使用。
比国家定额工期提前150天,比合同工期提前33天。经市质检站评定为青岛市优良工程。
其建设速度和建筑质量多次受到市有关部门领导的好评, 保证了被拆迁单位和商业网
点的按时回迁。
