    1995年,青岛车务段对各站实行了“切块管理,逐级负责,重点控制,全盘搞活”的
新的中间站
管理办法。车务段只负责辖区内8个二、三等站的管理工作, 其他7个四等站分别隶属
就近二、三等站分块管理,发挥了大站人、财、物等集中管理的优势,加大了大站对小
站的管理责任和力度,促进了站间联合,推动了运输生产的发展。
