    1995年11月, 青岛站对货场管理经营体制进行改革,实行一体化管理:撤销货运车
间、装卸车间
,成立货装车间,下设4个大班,对原人员实行统一的生产组织管理。原43个机构减为21
个,管理人员由81人减为63人。新成立汽车装运有限责任公司,对货场内多家汽车运输
实行统一领导、调度, 实行收费一体化管理,只设两个收费窗口,内部分别进帐按时清
算。这一改革,从根本上解决了货场管理混乱的问题。
