    1995年12月26日至27日, 由国家计委、铁道部、山东省、青岛市、济南铁路局、
青岛港务局和
青岛铁路分局等单位联合组成的验收委员会, 对胶黄铁路进行全面检查验收。胶黄铁
路全长41.17公里,总投资5亿元,由铁道部第三、十四、十九工程局和济南铁路工程总
公司承建。验收委员会认为,胶州至黄岛新建铁路工程达到国家质量要求,颁发给验收
合格证书。至此,胶黄铁路正式通过国家验收。
