    1995年辖内除济宁、威海两行正在筹备信用卡业务外, 其他行都成立了信用卡业
务部,并且在
开办磁卡业务的基础上新开办了“彩照卡”业务和代理外币卡业务, 形成了全辖信用
卡服务网络, 为实现“金卡”工程打下了基础。全年共发展持卡人11287个,特约商户
229个,交易额达5.6亿元,吸收存款4083万元,使信用卡业务迈上新的台阶,提高了本行
电子化水平和信用卡市
场占有率。
