    受人民银行山东省分行委托，青岛市牵头筹建，由潍坊、日照参加的青岛票据交
换中心建成后，可以将三市的票据集中于青岛交换，变异地为同城，加速全社会资金
周转。该中心筹建工作进展顺利，区域性票据交换的管理办法和会计核算手续均制订
完毕，筹建中心的资金已开始陆续到位，已进入设备引进阶段，争取1996年上半年试
运行。
