扶贫和20处
欠发达乡镇的水利扶贫。太祉庄乡1995年财政收入己达98.97万元,人均年收入达1770
元,比
帮扶前增长118%;对市政府确定的20处欠发达乡的水利工程情况进行全面调查研究,制
定了3年
水利建设规划和当年实施计划, 当年共安排15处乡镇的水利工程项目,补助资金310万
元,新增
和改善灌溉面积5.27万亩,解决了部分村庄的人畜吃水困难。
