分别比上年增长38.1％和32.4％，扣除物价因素，比上年实际增长18.8％和13.9％。
农民人均纯收入2225元， 比上年增加531元，增长31.3％，扣除物价因素，比上年实
际增长8.7％。城乡居民居住条件继续改善。全年新建成住宅245.7万平方米，开工改
