    1994年，青岛市房地产业宏观调控取得新的成效。突出抓了二、三级市场管理体
制，规划了市场行为，基本消除了土地隐形市场。房地产开发投资保持了合理增长速
度。全年房地产开发投资完成37亿元，比上年增长4.5%，开发施工面积、竣工面积、
商品房销售面积保持了协调发展，比上年都有较大增长。特别是规范与发展房地产业
的产业框架已基本形成，标志着青岛市房地产业运行质量有了明显改善。
