    1994年，市纪委有计划地组织纪检监察干部学习邓小平建设有中国特色社会主义
理论， 学习市场经济知识。举办了3期市直单位纪检干部培训班，在中纪委培训中心
举办了3期纪检监察领导干部培训班。 进一步转变作风，深入基层对企业反腐倡廉情
况、涉外单位党风廉政建设情况进行专题调查。召开了全市反腐倡廉理论研讨会，对
新形势下党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争的规律、特点和思路，进行了积极的探讨。认真
做好区划调整中4区换届工作和部分行政主管部门转体改制中的机构建设， 保证了纪
检监察机构和队伍的相对稳定。
