    继续保持了高标准、高质量、高速度发展势头。济青高速公路青岛段建设工程，
于1993年9月26日竣工， 12月18日全线贯通，提前完成了省委、省政府提出的1993年
底建成通车的任务。环胶州湾公路建设在资金短缺、施工难度大的情况下，已完成总
概算的67%，其中女姑口山特大跨海桥完成总工作量的35%，为1995年全线建成通车打
下了基础。
