    1991年， 新发展党员3人，全市党员总数为96人。1991年接待了应本党中央邀请
来华访问的牙买加洪门和侨社人士访华团。还接待了来自美国、菲律宾的华侨和客商。
致公业余外语学校1991年被市教育局连续第三次评为社会力量办学先进单位。1991年
8月，致公科技开发服务部正式成立，并开展了部分科技服务项目；1991年5月，与市
侨联联合组织为平度地区送医义诊活动，共诊治患者300多人次。
