    1990年7月， 青岛市举行军队转业干部先进个人表彰大会。自1975年以来，青岛
市共接收安置军队转业干部（含复员改办转业和就地转业干部） 24000余人，1985年
至1990年青岛市军转干部中获得县以上劳动模范、先进工作者和立功受奖等各种荣誉
称号的有8000人次。 这次表彰大会，对419名军转干部先进个人予以通报表彰，是青
岛市军转干部首次群英大会。
