    1990年是中国银行黄海分行在治理整顿和深化改革中稳步前进的第三年。截止到
年末， 机构已发展到12个支行和办事处，储蓄网点达到67处；职工总数达850人；各
项人民币存款增长77%； 各项外币存款增长56%；各项人民币贷款增长40%；各项外汇
贷款增长15%。 本外币利润分别完成计划的300%和171%，比较全面地完成了年初确定
的各项工作目标和任务。
