    1990年，青岛市财政决算收入227804万元，完成预算的96.8%，比上年增长3.2%。
财政决算总支出119456万元，比上年增长9.7%。按照现行财政体制决算结果，1990年
地方财政收支相抵，当年赤字1840万元，其中市级财政赤字1549万元，县区级财政赤
字291万元。另外，1990年全市推销国债11639万元，其中推销国库券8356万元，特种
国债3283万元，超额22.5%完成了国家分配任务。
