    12月18日，市青年联合会第六届委员会第四次常务委员会议在团市委会议室召开。
会议同意亢清泉、张泽忠因工作变动分别辞去青联主席副主席及常务委员职务的请求，
一致通过由徐学武、卞建平分别担任青联六届委员会主席、副主席和常务委员。经徐
学武提名，与会常委一致通过，由齐国华担任市青联秘书长，常务委员职务。
