    1989年物价上涨幅度控制在国家规定的计划内。据调查统计，1989年全市零售物
价总指数比上年上升14.4%，涨幅比上年回落6.5个百分点。由于物价涨势趋缓，对居
民的影响明显减弱，因物价影响城市居民年人均多支出的金额由上年的219.12元降到
191.04元， 下降12.8%。 物价上涨而使生活水平相对下降户数由上年的48%，下降到
31.7%，降低16.3个百分点。
