    1989年12月，青岛市成立了1989年人口变动情况抽样调查领导小组。从1989年12
月至1990年1月，调查历时两个月。全市被抽查的样本点104个，分布在农村县（市、
区），总人口为85654人，已婚育龄妇女16471人，参加调查的市、县级指导员69人，
调查员278人，工作人员104人。
    这次人口变动情况抽样调查，圆满完成了任务，并顺利通过省级质量抽查。1989
年2%人口变动情况抽样调查结果：1989年年末全市总人口为660.05万人，人口出生率
15.80‰，符合政策生育率为96.2%。
