    1989年， 青岛市新华书店共销售图书3699.2万册，4599.1万元，实现利润213.6
万元，金额比1988年分别增长31.42%和28.43%；增加图书销售网点15处，市店和所属
各区（县、 市）店全部被评为市、区（县、市）级文明单位。5月至10月，青岛市新
华书店先后举办了“纪念‘五·四’运动70周年向青年提供有益的精神食粮”、“庆
祝建店40周年中外图书优惠发售”、“三联图书24城市联展”、“港台科技图书、音
像制品联展”等活动。各县（市、区）新华书店也逢集摆摊，大力宣传推销好书，热
情周到地为不同层次的读者服务，并采取形式多样、方法灵活的购销形式，取得了明
显的效果，受到群众好评。
