    1989年，为配合治理整顿，加强廉政建设，财政、税务、审计等部门密切配合。
开展了财税方面的经常性检查。 从9月份起，又发动组织各部门、各单位开展了全市
税收、财务大检查，坚持了“自查从宽、被查从严、实事求是、宽严适度”的原则。
全市国营、集体企业和行政事业单位共查出各类违纪金额8104万元，其中应上缴财政
6217万元，已组织入库4279万元。同时，按照国务院的通知要求，在全市开展了“小
金库”专项清查，共查出违纪金额1094万元。组织了耕地占用税检查，查出拖欠、偷
漏税款350万元。
