    1989年初,青岛市政府制定了扶持鼓励发展畜牧业生产的一系列政策,并以青政发
[1989]33号文《关于鼓励发展畜牧业生产的通知》下发。青岛市政府拨出1200万斤平
价饲料，保护种公母猪。各县（市、区）全年共拨出各种类型的扶持资金2518万元，
其中拨款295 .2元，周转金395万元，贷款1827.8万元。扶持平价麸皮201万公斤、玉
米208万公斤、豆饼10万公斤、配合饲料15万公斤。奖售化肥10040吨、柴油295.3吨、
水泥2000吨、煤炭35吨。有力地保护和推动了全市畜牧业生产的发展。
