    为提高青岛市日用小商品的质量档次，市政府组成海外小商品考察组，赴香港采
购了一批精美新颖的小商品，共13类1300多种，价值3万美元。9月下旬，市经济技术
协作办公室、市经委在省外贸中心举办展览会，同时面向企业尤其是集体小企业招标，
以尽快把样品转化为产品。 经过角逐，有29户企业中标，220件小商品被用以研制创
新。
