    1989年，全市下达技改项目415项，完成投资6.3亿元，比上年下降2%。按企业性
质分，全民企业项目236项，完成投资3.7亿元；集体企业项目179项，完成投资2.6亿
元。
    全年共竣工技改项目203项， 累计投资6亿元，形成年增产值14.5亿元，利税2.8
亿元的能力。
    1978年至1989年，全市共完成技术改造项目3280个，完成投资43亿元，占11年间
工业固定资产投资总额的61%，累计可形成年新增产值86亿元、利税19.5亿元的能力。
