    1988年，青岛市继续坚持国营、集体、个体一起上的方针，集体商业、合营商业
和个体商业发展较快，行业结构也有了改善，原有的行业分工被突破，经营门类增多，
传统行业得到恢复，装璜、修理等服务业得到发展。1988年全市新发展各类商业、饮
食服务业网点8663个， 累计达到92698个， 其中零售商业网点69936个，饮食业网点
6382个，服务业网点14621个。从业人员增加20073人，累计达到252040人，其中零售
商业145563人，饮食业28089人，服务业36618人。
