    1988年肉类总产109760吨，较1987年增长13.9%。其中猪肉总产94740吨，牛肉总
产3944吨， 羊肉总产1626吨，较1987年分别增加7697吨、2057吨和439吨；肉食结构
也有了较大改变，1988年牛羊肉和鸡肉在肉食中的比重已达到14.6%。蛋类总产73999
吨， 较1987年增加14619吨。其中鸡蛋产量66439吨，较1987年增加13026吨；奶类总
产36008吨，较1987年增长12.24%，其中牛奶总产8179吨，羊奶总厂27829吨。畜禽产
品的增加，使全市人均畜禽产品占有量也有了较大提高，1988年全市人均肉类17公斤，
蛋类11.4公斤，奶类5.6公斤。
