    1988年，青岛市橡胶工业公司组织所属企业，以出口产品为导向，调整产品结构，
建立健全外经工作机构，落实外贸出口责任制，开展“三来一补”业务，使外贸出口
大幅度增长。 出口产品产值完成5193.54万元，比1987年增长2.25倍。出口产品中轮
胎出口增长8.6倍， 胶管增长1.7倍，检查手套增长1.2倍，其它出口产品也有不同程
度的增长。全年还批准实施“三来一补”项目12个，工缴费收入486万美元。
