    为了克服电力供应不足的困难，青岛市在抓好计划用电、节约用电的同时，组织
专门力量开展小发电建设。到1988年底，全市已有总装机容量为8.32万千瓦的25台汽
轮发电机组投入运行， 年内发电1.92亿度，比1987年增长2.3倍。这对弥补电力供需
缺口，保证工农业生产和人民生活的需要发挥了积极作用。这些机组主要颁在平度、
莱西、胶南等县(市)和化工、纺织等行业。
