    青岛汽车站位于青岛市区道路交通枢纽－杭州路立交桥的东侧，是山东省最大的
公路客运汽车站。为改善公路运输服务设施的落后面貌，经市政府批准，青岛汽车站
于1988年4月26日正式动工。青岛汽车站是青岛市计划的3个汽车站之一，沿温州路呈
“L” 型布局，高13层、47.3米，总建筑面积13200平方米，计划总投资900万元，设
计能力为年旅客发送量400万人次。 车站设有宽敞的候车厅和售票厅，配有电子显示
屏、闭路电视营调系统和行包、托运等现代化设施。站房东配有司乘公寓和旅客服务
大楼。整个工程计划1990年9月30日交付使用，工程分阶段实行投标建设。
