    为提前做好已列入青岛市总体规划的立交桥建设的前期准备工作， 1988年7月19
日，青岛市市政工程总公司在《青岛日报》刊登启事，向社会各界征集辽宁路、华阳
路交叉口， 山东路、鞍山路交叉口，小白干路、山东路交叉口等3座规划立交桥的建
设方案。 通过见报后几个月内就征集方案、建议50个，为搞好这3座立交桥的设计提
供了多种可供选择的方案。 经专家评议，共评出佳作奖4个，鼓励奖17个，纪念奖29
个。
