    1988年，即墨县把发展外向型经济当作经济发展的战略重点来抓，面对国际市场，
调整产品结构，扩大适销对路产品生产，加强横向联合，拓宽经济往来渠道，从而迈
出了新的步伐。 1988年兴办“三资企业“和” 三来一补“项目8个， 直接利用外资
673.26万美元。 全县新开发出口产品26种，出口商品发展到16大类、154个品种，全
年出口商品收购额完成2.068亿元， 比上年增长23%，比市下达计划增加41%，居全省
第三位。
