    继续开展“船员培训质量管理年” 活动， 严格培训机构的审核，受山东海事局委托起草制定了
《山东海事局船员管理信誉等级评定暂行办法》。做好船员考试、评估、发证工作，全年完成船员培
训考试评估220期次，制作发放船员专业培训合格证6871本、特殊培训合格证230本。加强“船员实际
操作和安全知识”检查和船员违法记分工作，全年实施63起船员违法记分。
