    全市口岸系统以“情系口岸、心连五洲”为主题，发挥联片共建优势，推进创建服务品牌，开展
争创示范窗口活动。全年青岛口岸共建工作中涌现出24个先进单位、15个先进集体、16名先进个人、4
个示范窗口和4个巾帼示范岗。海港口岸旅客满意率达到94％，提高2个百分点；空港口岸旅客满意率
达到91％，提高1个百分点。
