49.1％；职务发明申请量占专利申请量的67.5％，企业申请超过55％。截至年底，全市累计专利申请
量和授权量分别达到17396件和11301件，申请国外专利300多件。全市专利实施率达45％以上，实现工
业产值约450亿元。
