    建立海关内部缉私机制，坚持打防结合，针对重点地区、重点渠道走私和价格瞒骗行为，集中开
展“破案会战” ，加强海上缉私，有力打击了走私违法活动。年内，立案侦办走私案件132起，案值
1.74亿元，涉税2188万元，抓获犯罪嫌疑人31人；罚没收入2185万元。开展调查、稽查和规范企业行为
工作。组织了9个专项稽查活动，共稽查企业335家，稽查补税2846.5万元，查获走私违规案件379起，
案值3.79亿元；规范企业238家，对125家报关企业进行了清理整顿。
