    9月17～18日，市政府与中国人民银行济南分行共同举办了以“创建诚信青岛促进银企合作”为
主题的融资洽谈会。有23家省、市商业银行和上千家企业共同参加，贷款项目400多个、资金需求800
多亿元，流动资金需求企业600多户、资金需求100多亿元，为构建银企合作平台进行了探索。
