    5月，出台了《青岛海关支持扩大外贸出口的若干措施》，实行承诺出口货物通关作业时限、充
分利用和实施海关担保制度、“关长接待日”等措施。8月，开始对企业实行分类管理，给予守法企
业以最大通关便利，促进其外贸出口。12月，与兰州海关签署《关于加强对青岛至兰州铁海联运进出
境集装箱及货物管理联系配合办法》，促进内陆地区经济发展。
    全年青岛口岸进料加工额55.9亿美元；来料加工28.25亿美元；补偿贸易274.9万美元。
